CDM Regulations 2024 — Malaysia

Principal Services

Specialist CDM governance services for every duty-holder role. Every engagement is structured around the CDM Compliance Playbook™ 5•10•14 — OHI&A's proprietary methodology for defensible, evidence-led CDM compliance.

OHI&A Appointment Principle

No SKET-OC → No Appointment.

Before any CDM duty-holder can be conditionally appointed, their Suitability, Competence, Knowledge, Experience, Training, Organisation and Capability must be demonstrably assessed and documented. OHI&A applies this principle without exception — it is the foundation of defensible CDM governance under Malaysia's CDM Regulations 2024.
